Charlotte Marie Hager, age 96, of Waterville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at her home at Traditions in Waterville.

James Lee Studer, age 79, of Mankato, died at his home in Mankato, on Monday, August 17, 2026.

Darlene Mae (Simons) Adams, age 91, of Waterville, MN, passed away on August 11, 2026.

Born on March 21, 1936, at her family home in rural Elysian, she was the daughter of Perry and Clarice (Klang) Simons. She attended grade school in Elysian and later graduated from Waterville High School in 1954.

William Ernest Friedner, age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Ralph Edward Gregor, age 76, of rural Waterville, died on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at his home.

Dorothy Esther Zellmer, age 97, of Waseca, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, at Colony Court in Waseca.

Life is a Gift. That Gift is comprised of a body endowed with an immortal soul made to the image and likeness of God’s Spirit of Love. That Spirit must eventually return to its source. Pat’s spirit has been called to return June 21, 2026. Joan “Jody” Marie Gregor, age 94, of Waterville, died on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield.  

Sharon Elizabeth (Schramm) Kelm of Waterville, age 79, passed away at her home on June 13, 2026.

Sharon was born on April 22, 1947, in Northfield, Minnesota, to Rueben Schramm and Emma (Keso) Schramm. She attended Kilkenny Grade School and graduated from Montgomery High School in 1965.

Donald “Don” Lawrence Kelm, age 87, of Waterville, passed away while working in his beloved woodshop on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Rene Erwin Greenwald, age 82, of Waterville, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato from heart failure.

Barbara Ruth Weber, age 89, of Amery, Wisconsin, formerly of Waterville, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Amery, Wisconsin.

Linda Kay Fitts (née Jacobs), 75, of Excelsior, passed away on April 29, 2026.

Loren “Curly” Joseph Schwartz, age 67, of Elysian, died at his home on the evening of Thursday, May 7, 2026, following a difficult but brave battle with cancer.

Harlan Kurt "Haggy" Hagberg , age 66, passed away on May 9, 2026, at his home in Waterville. Harlan was a kind, caring, humorous, hard-working man who brought joy to those around him. He worked his entire life as a blacktopper, paver operator, and was proud to do so. He started at Alexander when he was 18 and also worked for Bituminous Roadways and ended with Nielsen’s Blacktopping. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him. His memory will live on in their hearts forever.

Nancy Jo Stoering passed away on April 27, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Her journey began in 2014 with a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, followed by breast cancer in 2016, and later metastatic breast cancer in 2025, each faced with remarkable strength and resilience.
