The photos and keepsakes in his office, much of it sports related, needed to be boxed up and prepared for moving. Last week, Tim Dittberner didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to pack up his office.
He wasn’t sure how much of it would be tolerated at home. There are some game tapes from 1983 he might want to review. Coach. Teacher. Activities Director. Principal. Superintendent. Tim Dittberner has done plenty in 40-plus years in education. Monday night, June 26, he told his bosses on the New Prague School Board he’s enjoyed them all, though he admits the last three years have been challenging.
Monday, July 3, Dittberner’s title switches to former superintendent when Andy Vollmuth begins work as the district’s new superintendent.
