Domanik Paulson named WEM football MVP

WEM senior Domanik Paulson was voted the Most Valuable Player and the Offensive Player of the Year on the Buccaneer football team.

He was one of five players who earned team honors during the Buccaneer football banquet held Monday, Nov. 15 in Waterville.

Paulson led the team in most offensive categories. He finished with 28 receptions for 407 yards and six touchdowns. He rushed the ball 32 times for 273 yards and one touchdown. His 8.5 yards per carry led the team. Between rushing, receiving, and kick returns, Paulson averaged 101.4 yards per game. He scored 55 points, which included eight touchdowns.

Defensively, Paulson finished with 24 solo tackles, five assists, four interceptions, and one forced fumble. He also was the team’s...
