Expanded Industrial Park moves forward with sale of first lot
The New Prague City Council recently unanimously approved a resolution that will lead to the first lot being sold in the relatively new addition to the city’s Industrial Park. PH Properties LLC is proposing to purchase the nearly two acre lot for $120,000. Paul Hanzel is Chief Manager of PH Properties LLC and also owns and operates Paul Hanzel Homes/Dynamic Woodworks along Sixth Street NW in New Prague. He is proposing to build a 10,944 square foot building to be used for his construction company, cabinet shop and as a storage facility.
